Returns and complaints
The customer has the right to make a refund within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

CONVENIENT RETURN PROCEDURE
Applies to orders sent by courier.
Each package sent by courier is accompanied by a return label with a barcode, which is inside the package along with the shipped goods.
If you want to take advantage of the free return (DHL):
1) Fill in the return form.
2) Stick the label with the barcode on the package in the same place as the old label.
3) Insert the return form and the products you wish to return into the envelope or box where the order was delivered. Remember to put the Return Form in the package.
4)Go to the DHL website and fill out the order form to pick up the return shipment. You will set the pickup date directly on the DHL website here. Then:
- Enter the 11-digit tracking number from your return label and click "Return package".
- select "Send by courier"*
- enter your e-mail address and contact phone, check the correctness of the pickup address
- indicate the date and time of the courier's arrival and click "Return package"
*A package can also be sent at a designated point.
After successfully arranging a courier pick-up date, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation and an order number to the address you provided. Remember to keep the confirmation of shipment.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer
The cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the refunded amount and is appropriate to the cost of shipping in the zone.
RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE
If you can't or don't want to use the free return options,
you can send the goods back to us at your own expense.
1) Remember that we do not accept cash on delivery or by Polish Post.
2) You return at your own expense. This cost is not refundable.

RETURNS - STATIONARY STORES
If a purchase is made in a stationary store, the customer has the option to make an exchange for a product of the same value or more expensive.
When buying in a stationary store, the customer has no possibility to return the purchased products later.
